Keynote Speaker Announcement: Dr. Oluokun (Dr. Ohhh)

We are honored to announce our keynote speaker for the first-ever Taste of Africa — Dr. Oluwatosin Oluokun, lovingly known as Dr. Ohhh.

Dr. Ohhh is a clinical nutritionist, certified weight management specialist, and founder of Dr. Ohhh Juice, a wellness brand that has grown into a nationwide movement. Her journey began ten years ago when she was diagnosed with hypertension and high cholesterol. Instead of accepting that future, she turned to juicing and natural nutrition. Through her carefully crafted blends, she reversed her diagnosis and proved that healing food can also taste delicious.

Today, Dr. Ohhh Juice offers 14 cold-pressed juice flavors that ship across the country, serving clients with juice cleanses, supplemental meal juices, and nutrition consultations. Her mission is simple but powerful — to “Juice the Planet” one bottle at a time.

Her impact has been recognized on NBC News, IT TV News Nigeria, and The Hampton Roads Show. She has been named a 40 Under 40 honoree, received the Dean’s Leadership Award in Clinical Nutrition, and earned the African Diaspora Advisory Award for making global change. Her juices have even reached influential voices like Tabitha Brown, Tika Sumpter, Adesua Wellington, and politician Aisha Braveboy.

Beyond her business, Dr. Ohhh is deeply committed to community health. She runs smoothie clinics and donates to underserved schools in Nigeria, believing that transforming communities begins with better food choices. As one of the few Black African women leading in clinical nutrition, she inspires and empowers those often overlooked in the wellness industry.

On September 27, Dr. Ohhh will bring her story, her expertise, and her passion for healing through nutrition to Germantown as our keynote speaker.
