Henrietta Isaboke, Director of Agricultural Programs and Operations Henrietta brings over 15 years of experience leading and managing organizations in the agricultural and community service sectors. She has expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and program development. She is deeply passionate about advocating for farmers, promoting sustainability, and fostering community engagement through impactful initiatives. As the former Farm Operations Manager at Lexavah Farms, Henrietta successfully led production planning, market expansion, and environmentally conscious farming practices. She also holds a master’s degree in public health, fueling her advocacy for “food is medicine” and the importance of culturally relevant foods to improve public health outcomes. This intersection of agriculture, public health, and community engagement drives her continued commitment to creating programs that not only support farmers but also contribute to the overall well-being of our communities. In her new role, Henrietta will oversee our Cultural Farm, community gardens, mobile food market and agricultural initiatives driving innovation to strengthen food equity and sustainability in alignment with our mission. She will be working closely with all teams to enhance farm operations, support new and emerging farmers, implement federal programs, and drive innovative agricultural strategies.
