Farm Operations Manager
Leads day to day operations across AfriThrive's production farms, from crop planning to supervising staff, interns, and volunteers.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily farm operations

- Ensure safety and quality standards

Community and Volunteer Engagement Manager
Builds and leads AfriThrive's volunteer and corporate engagement systems and supervises the Volunteer Coordinator.

Bilingual Community Resource Navigator (Korean/English)
Connects Korean speaking families to AfriThrive's food distribution programs through interpretation, translation, and community outreach.
What you'll do
- Support bilingual families during community events
- Provide interpretation and translation services
- Connect families with available resources
- Conduct outreach with local organizations
- Ensure every participant feels welcomed and supported
Who we're looking for
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Passionate about serving diverse communities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Operations & Logistics
Getting food, equipment, and supplies where they need to go, safely and on time.
Part-Time Driver
Safely transports food, produce, supplies, and equipment to farms, distribution sites, and partner organizations.
What you'll do
- Safely transport staff, supplies, and equipment
- Perform scheduled pickups and deliveries
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic inspections
- Follow assigned routes and schedules
- Ensure passenger and cargo safety at all times
